Every so often, I like to do a solo episode of the show to talk to you about some things I’ve learned along the way in my coaching practice. In today’s show, I’d like to share some points from a presentation I gave in April at the All-Texas Coaching Retreat around the topic of the positive energy we bring as coaches–and as people. We’ve covered the topic of positive energy back in Episodes 73 and 79. Let’s talk about the impact our energy has on the outcomes we have in life.

  • Other examples of exercises:
    • Make decisions about how you want to feel in any situation and create the flow of energy toward that
    • Practice visualizations
    • Respond with appreciation, surprise, and gratitude for life
